Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

1. Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link. Requests received within 5 business days after the Registration will be treated as cancellation of services and refund of the fee after deducting Registration Charges will be made according to the Refund Policy.

2. Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable learning environment for our clients. In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide him a refund after full pay if he requests it in first 5 classes. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Refund will be made within 10 Business Days.

If you are using Sneptech services and find that it's not a perfect fit, please send us a cancellation and/or refund request by email to contact@Sneptech.com from the registered email address.

In order to process your request, we may ask you to provide the following information: a brief comment explaining why would you like to cancel your subscription and/or receive a refund, your billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), email address, login name. We also may require to provide us with identity verification information (such as images of your passport, national ID card) or other information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation request. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We will cancel your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of the relevant request.

Refund request. At Sneptech, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee according to the terms described herein. We will provide you the full or partial refund within 30 calendar days from receipt of the relevant request if the refund request was made within 7 calendar days after the payment date and in compliance with this Policy. The refund is provided only for the net subscription price and will be processed through the same method as the original payment.

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if your request refers to the recurring payment or for some other reasons as could be described in Sneptech Terms of Service.
